Heiner Murmann is the Chief Executive Officer at Orkestra SCS. Heiner has more than 20 years of experience in global logistics, across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He is currently working to leverage technology and innovative solutions to build high-growth companies in the B2B global supply chain and logistics space.

Heiner spent most of his career at DB Schenker, one of the top 3 global logistics companies with revenues over 15 billion Euros. He was a member of the Board of Management, responsible for Air and Ocean Freight. Prior to that, he was CEO for the Americas. During his tenure, his focus centered around the company delivering high-value customer solutions, transformation & repositioning operations, and mergers & acquisitions.

Ansgar Buschmann

Ansgar Buschmann currently holds the position of Supply Chain Manager at DBW Advanced Fiber Technologies GmbH. Dr. Stefan Gstettner is currently the Partner & Associate Director, Supply Chain at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Dr. Stefan is a passionate topic expert for Supply Chain Management and Logistics with deep experience in digital supply chain transformations. Within BCG, he led the development of the SCM – iLAB, their format to demonstrate digital SCM solutions live and tangibly show their value for the management of global value chains.

In order to contribute to the essential talent development in SCM, he also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the MIT GLOBAL SCALE Network and teaches a digital supply chain master class.

Recently he has led the development of the BCG Supply Chain Academy, a prime content video course that helps our clients to discover the value contribution of modern supply chain management in their organizations.

Stephan de Barse has built the o9 Solutions organization in Europe and was promoted to Executive Vice President to lead all Go-To-Market Activities, globally.

He continues to play a strategic role in the adoption of the o9 technology at some of the top Fortune 500 companies, including the most recent to date engagements with Nestlé and ABInBev.

As a former Global Sales & Operations Director at Navico (Goldman Sachs owned manufacturer of marine electronics), he has developed solid expertise on the key differentiators of Supply Chain Software providers and the planning capabilities needed to achieve long-term business objectives.

Stephan is actively taking the role of a thought leader in the Supply Chain Community.

Knut Alicke

Knut Alicke is a Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Germany. McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm and a trusted advisor to the world’s leading businesses, governments, and institutions. At McKinsey & Company, Knut is a leader of the firm’s work in manufacturing and supply chain. He advises clients on a variety of topics including supply chain management, digital supply chains, and advanced analytics, and supply chain transformations. 

Knut is also a visiting professor of supply chain at the University of Cologne. And one of the global experts on the topics of operations, supply chain, and risk.

Knut has written several articles on subjects related to supply chain and is the author of a highly regarded book on supply chain management, “Planning and operation of logistics networks: cross-company supply chain management (in German)”.

Pawan Joshi

Executive Vice President, Product Management and Strategy

Pawan Joshi joined E2open in 2003 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Product Management & Strategy. In this role, he is responsible for corporate strategy as well as product and technology strategy. Pawan works closely with customers to understand and address their complex and evolving supply chain needs while ensuring alignment across customer-specific solutions, E2open products, and the overall company goals and strategic direction. He is also responsible for the evaluation of new technologies and products along with E2open’s acquisition strategy. Pawan has been with E2open for over a decade and has held multiple leadership roles in Product Management, Professional Services and Sales.

Prior to serving at E2open, he spent three years at i2 Technologies in Product Management, where he helped companies in the manufacturing, transportation and retail sectors optimize key business processes for maximum profitability. Pawan received his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (New Delhi) in manufacturing sciences and engineering. He then completed his master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering and ultimately his Ph.D. in industrial engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Pawan has also taught graduate courses in manufacturing systems and distributed supply chains.

Fabrizio Brasca

Fabrizio (Fab) Brasca is group vice president (GVP), global solutions at Blue Yonder.  In this role, he leads his organization to drive thought leadership, go-to-market strategy and solution execution excellence for Blue Yonder’s 4,000+ customer base.  Additionally, his organization works closely with customers to understand requirements, drive best practices and adoption of Blue Yonder solutions across the globe.

Previously, he was VP of solution strategy, supply chain execution, responsible for developing innovative strategies across all industry verticals, strengthening executive-level relationships with Blue Yonders’s key customers and prospects and advising companies on best practices to become more profitable. Fab joined Blue Yonder as part of the i2 Technologies acquisition in January 2010 after spending more than 10 years at i2 serving in transportation-focused senior management positions. In these roles, he helped lead i2’s global transportation practice including marketing, presales, roadmap development and services functions.  

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, with a specialization in business and information systems from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Erik Christian Lund

Erik Christian Lund is the head of Visilion, the asset-tracking and supply chain visibility solution provided by Sony Network Communications Europe. Based on IoT and 5G-enabled technology, Visilion allows manufacturers of critical and high-value assets, as well as logistics service providers, to gain control over the supply chain.

Erik has extensive experience in transport and logistics, combined with valuable experience in technology, working in the enterprise software space. In previous roles, he was also involved in strategy consultancy and the telecommunications sector, particularly related to IoT and digital security. He is no stranger to entrepreneurship, having collaborated with several start-ups and worked with corporate innovation and venture building in the maritime and logistics space, and having built businesses of his own in technology and real estate.

Originally from Denmark, Erik has acquired a global perspective thanks to several long-term overseas assignments – in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the U.S. and around Europe – before assuming this position with Visilion at Sony Network Communications Europe in Lund, Sweden.
